HISTORY: History / Future "For havoc we found, and humiliation once and with each dying night on this burned ground, as Prometheus was we are still bound, yet, unbound our spirit is to be." As we all might have experienced sometime, history tends to repeat itself. Exactly five years after we had entered the JR Soundfactory to record our last demotape MORS OMNIA VINCIT we found ourselves recording new songs in Maranis-Studios Backnang in October 2002. 5 years had passed, years full of line-up-changes, problems with several rehearsing-rooms, problems with bandmembers being abroad or simply too busy with all the other stuff that makes life what it (sometimes unfortunately) is. Some even thought, TEMPTAMENTUM was dead. However, we never really thought of ending a chapter which to all of us was (and is) too important to simply quit, and so we never stopped working on new material, writing new lyrics and we never stopped rehearsing. And here we are now: Having completed our new CD DISCIPLES OF THE ASHEN SUN with the sincere helping of our most-creative session-drummer Uwe Kurz (BEHIND THE SCENERY) and the support of Vagelis Maranis (MARANIS STUDIOS), we are heading towards a new release, which will start a complete new chapter in the history of TEMPTAMENTUM. So be prepared for what the future brings...
